Shopping with AirVolt

These terms apply to purchases through the AirVolt online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping and returns policies available on this website.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Review the product description, delivery details and final checkout total before completing your purchase. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use.

If we cannot fulfil an order or identify an error affecting it, we will contact you. If we cancel an order that has been paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

Shipping and returns

We offer free standard shipping to Australian addresses. Delivery estimates depend on the delivery location, supplier and carrier and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering for a current estimate. Our shipping policy provides further details.

We accept requests to return unused products within 30 days of delivery under our return and refund policy. Contact us for return instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. The 30-day unused-item condition applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not limit your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
